​​​​Summer enrollment at ENCORE is completed on a week-by-week basis. Because staffing and scheduling decisions are made according to weekly enrollment, families must notify ENCORE at least four (4) business days prior to the start of the registered week if they need to cancel.

With at least four (4) business days notice, ENCORE will transfer your registration to another available summer week within the current summer season.

Cancellations received after the four-business-day deadline are not eligible for transfers, credits, or refunds, as staffing and scheduling decisions have already been finalized.

Missed classes may be made up in accordance with ENCORE's Make-Up Class Policy. Click Here

All transfers and make-ups must be completed within the current summer season and may not be carried forward into future seasons.

Registrations, transfers, make-ups, and credits are non-transferable between students or family members.

ENCORE reserves the right to combine or cancel classes based on enrollment. If ENCORE cancels a class, a comparable class or make-up option will be offered whenever possible.
