We appreciate your commitment to your child's dance education at ENCORE. As part of our policy to ensure fair and effective class scheduling, we have developed guidelines regarding make-up classes. Please take a moment to review the following policy:

Make-Up Class Policy:

​

• Eligibility: Students are entitled to one free make-up per missed class. Make-up classes are subject to instructor approval, must be at the appropriate level, and within the suitable age range.

• Timely Attendance: To maintain consistency in learning and minimize disruption to classes, we encourage parents to arrange make-up classes 1-2 weeks after the missed class.

• Class Availability: Make-up classes are subject to availability and class capacity. We recommend scheduling make-up classes as soon as possible to secure a spot.

• Rescheduling Limit: Make-up classes should be scheduled within the current term. We do not allow accumulation of missed classes for bulk make-up sessions towards the end of the term.

  • There is no making up for a make-up once it has been scheduled. If you don't attend, you'll have forfeited the make-up.​
