Cancellation Policy

How can I cancel out of a class?

To withdraw from your class(es), you must complete and submit the cancellation form online.

Please note the following policies:

  • All cancellations must be submitted online. You are responsible for any and all Summer fees once you are registered. 

  • You may attend your class(es) until the end of the Summer season in which you have registered and paid for.

  • Our 6-week prices are based on a 5-week rate, as we assume that students will be taking a vacation or missing a class. Due to this, no make-ups are allowed in the Summer. (This is different than our regular schedule from Sept - Jun where makes up are allowed)

  • Classes are not a pay-by-class rate nor does ENCORE pro-rate. Instead we offer flex payment plans, one-week registration or drop-in registration to account for your Summer plans.

  • Once registered for 6-week Summer program, switching to the flex plans is not allowed. No exceptions. Our space is limited and each student is budgeted and scheduled for.

  • If ENCORE has to cancel a class for any reason, students will be given make-up options.

Can I switch classes instead of cancelling?

Our classes at ENCORE are progressive and built on the previous weeks' lessons and skills. When asking to switch classes, please send us an email, including which class you are leaving and wanting to register for; we will begin our instructor approval processes and will allow switching if it does not interrupt the progressions of the current class.

What happens if ENCORE cancels a class?

ENCORE reserves the right to cancel and/or combine classes in the schedule depending on demand and registration. If ENCORE cancels a class and we cannot find a comparable class for your student, the adjusted tuition will be refunded.

Camp Policies

Camps & Workshop fees require a valid credit card on file. You can register for camps online at the full price or reserve your spot with a non-refundable 25% down payment. Two weeks prior to camp your remaining balance will be auto charged. Register via email to take advantage of our 25% down payment plan. For camps paid in full, the drop policy is as follows:

  • 4 weeks or more notice: 100% refund

  • 2 weeks or more notice: 50% refund

  • 2 weeks of less notice: no refund, no exceptions
