RECITAL TICKET INFORMATION:

 

NEW VENUE - NEW WAY OF DOING TICKETS - READ ALL THIS INFORMATION!

Dear Recital Patrons & Parents,

We are reaching out to provide you with recital ticket updates on pricing and fees.  ENCORE values your experience, as well as consistently keeps in mind keeping the arts affordable to the community. 

When our tickets went on sale yesterday, there were additional service/user fees that were not originally known to ENCORE. ENCORE had a meeting with the venue this morning and we have the following information for you.

• Ticket Prices:

  • Public Presale Tickets are $21. With the AMP24 code, you can get $3 off, making the price $18.

    • Online Purchases:

      • If you purchase your tickets online you WILL receive service & user fees from BOTH Portland5 (winningstad) AND Ticketwest (the ticket service provider). 

    •  Box Office Purchasing Via Phone or In-Person

      • If you call the box office (or go in person), you will only receive user/service fees from Portland5. 

        • Call 503-248-4910 to purchase your tickets

• If you have already purchased tickets, you will be receiving new tickets that reflect only using the Portland5 (Winningstad). Please be on the lookout for your new tickets (same seats)!  Thank you so much!

Moving forward with purchasing tickets from here on out, please choose either online with accepted additional user fees, or call in and save on some of those fees!

Tickets go ON SALE: June 2nd, 12pm - ALL SEATING IS RESERVED SEATING ONLY. Meaning - You will select your seat when purchasing your ticket. When selecting your seats, let's work together to pack the audience by not putting gap seats in between groupings. TY!

 

Admission Ticket Fees & Info: 

• Tickets: $21 (not including fees/surcharge) 

  • Use our Parent/Family coupon code to get $3 off your ticket, valid only from June 2nd - June 12th. 

    • Online Code: AMP24

• Ticket Pricing - Day of Shows: $24

• 3yrs & Older are required to have a ticket/seat. 2yrs & Younger can sit with a parent in their lap.

 

• Be sure to purchase tickets for the correct recital day/time!

  • ENCORE has NO CONTROL over tickets this year, as everything is going through Portland’5, be sure to pay attention to your show/time.

• Tickets are first come, first serve & RESERVED ONLY! Be sure to get your tickets as soon as possible to ensure your seat and location. If we sell out there is nothing we can do to create additional seating.

• No cash tickets will be sold at the door, however you can purchase your tickets up until showtime as long as there is space available.

• Have your tickets printed or on your phone ready to be scanned! 

• Each show is separate, if your performer is in more than one show, separate tickets will need to be purchased. If you have an ENCORE student(s) that would like to watch a sibling perform in a show, they need a ticket. All performers will remain backstage until the show is concluded.

• All sales are final, no refunds.
