Auditions for Season 15
Company & Crew is ENCORE’s audition-based performance program for dancers that are looking to deepen their training, and have purpose-driven development. Students train in multiple styles, perform/compete in community and competitive events, and are placed on teams that match their current level and future potential. This program is built to strengthen technique, build confidence, and support each dancer’s artistic growth within a supportive community.
Auditions at ENCORE are a key part of how we welcome and grow performing artists. Whether you're new to ENCORE or continuing your training with us, auditions give our faculty a chance to view dancers through a fresh lens, assessing where you are, what you're ready for, and how we can best support your next step. We thoughtfully build teams designed to challenge, inspire, and grow each dancer’s unique path.

💵 Cost: $20 for the first style, $5 for each additional style

📌 Dancers should only audition for styles they are genuinely open to participating in. (within a team, solo, duo or trio) This audition process is about building strong, committed teams. This is not the space to 'try out a style.' When you arrive at our auditions, we will have you fill out an audition form that will gather additional information about you, your interests and commitment level. We encourage you to have as much flexibility in the audition form as possible to allow our professionals to create teams/routines that will allow the most amount of growth in Season 15!
📌 Styles have foundational requirements. These will be outlined in your audition form and they exist to make sure dancers are set up to succeed. (Contemporary requires Ballet, Jazz & Acro, Hip Hop requires Popping, Breaking, Tap requires Jazz, Ballet and the like)
💡 ENCORE dancers are known for a depth of artistry and versatility. That’s because we build strong dancers technically, culturally, and creatively. Our alumni leave ready for whatever stage they step onto.
🔄 Some age ranges will overlap between audition groups. This is intentional. Dancers are placed based on maturity and level, not just birth year. Be sure to audition for the age you will be on January 1st, 2026. If you are unsure, please send us an email to info@encorepacnw.com.
✨ New This Year at ENCORE
💥 Expanded Street Styles Focus - We’re deepening our commitment to street styles by exploring new performance and training opportunities in Breaking, Locking, House, and Waacking. If you’ve been training in these styles and are interested in being seen for additional opportunities, make sure to attend the Hip Hop audition.
🎄 Nutcracker at ENCORE this Fall
Our Nutcracker production will be separate from our Company & Crew teams, however its important to note so that students can manage their schedules this fall. We will be announcing class details about Nutcracker soon and it will have an entirely different audition process.

Private auditions may be available based on instructor availability. Email us as early as possible to be considered.

AUDITION PAYMENT & REGISTRATION PROCESS
Please select and pay for the total number of styles you will be auditioning for using the options provided on our website. (ie: 1 Style – $20, 2 Styles – $25, and so on.)
Once your payment is complete, you’ll finalize your registration at audition check-in.
Please let the front desk know which styles you are auditioning for, and we will confirm your payment and registration details at that time.
In addition, you are required to fill out the audition form. (link below) This form is due by June 7th, please review your selections and requests with your student.
